The News About Cheerleader Beating

In my day of being a high schooler being a cheerleader made you popular, apparent these days it’s different. High school cheerleader, Victoria Lindsay was brutally beaten by 6 girls ranging from age 14 to 18. Two boys kept look outside while the girls beat Victoria Lindsay who is 16. At one point Lindsay was even knocked unconscious.

The girls doing the beating even video taped it to put on the Internet. Below is that video.

These dumb ass girls were to stupid to realize that this was a crime and the they were video taping evidence against themselves. The girls showing no remorse what so ever even joked about the beating while in jail one asking if she would be able to make it to cheerleading practice the next day, while several others joked that they wouldn't be making it back to the beach anytime soon.

I hope these girls and the two boys get several years in jail and are shown what a beat down is really like.

That’s the news about that. I hope the news about you is good news.

The News About Mark Penn Leaves Clinton

Hilary Clinton’s senior strategist, Mark Penn resigned from the campaign after it was found that he met with the Colombian government to promote a free trade agreement that Hilary Clinton is against.

Penn is the chief executive of Burson-Marsteller a Washington public relations firm that was hired to help the country of Colombia gain a bilateral trade agreement with the United States. Mark Penn had said that other members of the firm were doing the work with Colombia it was found that Penn had met with officials from Colombia last week. Hilary Clinton was angered when she found out and she insisted on Penn’s demotion.

Hilary Clinton who is looking toward the primary in Pennsylvania on April 22 and doesn’t want to linked to anything supporting the trade agreement. Voters in Pennsylvania connect foreign trade with the loss of jobs in their state and in the country.

Hilary needs this win in order to pull her campaign out of the dumps and I’m sure she hopes that the resignation of Mark Penn will give her a better chance.

That’s the news about that. I hope the news about you is good news.

If you were planning to use ATA Airlines for your next trip forget it. ATA Airlines filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy yesterday and announced that they were ceasing operations as of 10 p.m. Hawaii time. ATA sights high fuel costs and too much competition as the reason for filing the bankruptcy.

After hearing ATA Airlines' decision, Southwest Airlines, a codeshare partner, immediately implemented a plan to take care of all customers who purchased a ticket on Southwest and are scheduled to travel on ATA service by rebooking them on a new itinerary closest to their previous travel plans, or offering a full refund for any unused portion of a ticket.

This is part of what ATA Airlines had to say.

"We apologize for the disruption caused by the sudden shutdown of ATA and regret the impact on passengers, employees, suppliers, and other parties. ATA customers should seek alternative arrangements for current and future travel. A list of other airlines serving ATA's destinations is available here.

ATA currently is unable to provide refunds to customers who purchased tickets directly from ATA with cash or a check. These customers may be able to obtain a full or partial refund for their unused tickets by submitting a claim in ATA's Chapter 11 proceedings. Information about submitting a claim will be available at the following website: http://www.bmcgroup.com/ataairlines.

"Customers who purchased tickets from Southwest Airlines for flights operated by ATA under the codeshare agreement should contact Southwest Airlines directly at (800) 308-5037".
