RottenNeighbor.com is not just for bad neighbors, you can also good neighbors and say good things about them. But you know it’s going to be mostly about the bad neighbors. I think this is only going to cause more trouble between neighbors. This kind of reminds me of another site, Don’tDateHimGirl.com.
